we loved our stay at l'antico pozzo. the room was quiet and comfortable, making it easy to relax after exploring. it was just a short walk to all the attractions, and they allowed us to keep our luggage after checking out, which was super helpful. breakfast offered an ample choice of foods too!

The hotel is perfectly situated just a short walk from the heart of the historic centre, making it easy to explore the beautiful streets. I appreciated the lovely breakfast options, especially enjoying the meal in a charming courtyard. The history of the building really added to the atmosphere, making my stay quite special.

Car access can be a hassle. driving through main pedestrian streets is a no-go, which could leave you dragging heavy luggage uphill if you miss the drop-off point. Room sizes vary, and some may feel cramped with insufficient space for luggage. an A/C issue left one room uncomfortably warm, especially during peak sun hours.

I stayed in a Small Double Room for 2 nights. The bed was super comfy, and the high wood-beamed ceilings gave the room a cozy vibe. Plus, the bathroom was modern with good toiletries. I loved having breakfast in the charming courtyard with plenty of options. The only annoying thing was figuring out the parking when we first arrived—it could’ve used some clearer directions. But overall, it was a lovely stay!
